RETURNS POLICY
Exchanges / refunds will be issued up to 14 days from the date the product was received.
Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.
UK RETURNS: Free on full priced items via Royal Mail (only). Otherwise £5 via DHL.
ROW RETURNS: Unfortunately we are unable to offer any free returns outside of the UK. We recommend choosing your most reliable service and sending your parcel tracked.
In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:
The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
The item must be returned with tags and packing.
We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect.
